Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North

Upon arrival, Kevin provided us with excellent customer service and made our check in quick and easy. He was really pleasant and made us feel welcome. He made sure that everything went smoothly. During the happy hour, Susana, made sure that everything was in order and that we were satisfied with the reception. She checked on us regularly to make sure that we didn’t need anything else.

The room was enormous and I loved having a little balcony to watch the sunset. I appreciated the welcome gift and the free breakfast. Check in/check out was very easy and I thought it was worth the money.

The check in process was a breeze !! The room was very clean ,comfortable bed .. Only problem was cheer teams were there and a lot of unattended kids being loud and obnoxious running thru the hotel .Was 12 at night and couldn’t sleep cause of how loud it was .. Even the pool got closed down cause all the unattended kids .. They need better security there ..

Everything was wonderful about our stay. The complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks were so nice and the breakfast is always so good! We try and stay at Embassy Suites whenever we can!

The breakfast was a 100%, the cleanliness was superb👌🏻, the views from my suite was beautiful and relaxing, the property itself is beautiful and well maintained👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I love the fact that the pool is kid friendly and no larger fts. Will love to visit again.
